Brief Scope of Works:

Vera Residences by DAMAC is a collection of premium luxury apartment located at Business Bay. Total buildup area is 65,800 sq.m, Project consist of 521 apartments. 292nos 1bhk, 225 2bhk, 4 studio, the building is served by District cooling plant (empower) total connected electrical load is 2.1 mw.

Scope of Work of MBM Gulf have undertaken complete MEP works for the project which include the following System: – Drainage, Plumbing Works, Chilled Water, HVAC Ducting, Smoke Control, Lighting, Power, LPG, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, ELV System, Security System, Telephone System & BMS System.
